Nebraska Department of Transportation
Nebraska ranked 47th in the United States for seatbelt usage. NDOT needed a way to convince 18-35-year-olds to make a habitual change. Wen strayed away from the "Click It or Ticket" paradigm after our focus groups proved seatbelt decisions are more influenced by love rather than fear. Our strategy was to create a series of campaigns using real scenarios aligning with our personas - encouraging younger Nebraskans to adopt safer behaviors.
